The former Indonesian President Habibi in an unfriendly speech once called Singapore ‘ the little red dot ‘. It is indeed true that Singapore is just a little dot on the world map. It is a tiny nation without natural resources , located in South-East Asia at the southern tip of the Malaysian Peninsula , between Malaysia and Indonesia.
